Wet brewers is good feed, cattle like it and it can make a TMR stick together and mix well that otherwise would not. Of course you can also add liquid feeds or water to do something similar.

The problem is matching the amount available with the cattle to consume it. The throw in the logistics of picking it up at least once a week so you can feed it up before it's spoiled from being two weeks old in the summer time. Easier to keep it fresh enough in cool weather.

It can work if someone is close to him. For that amount, I think it needs to be free to whoever is willing to pick it up on a regular basis. This will involve telling all those that just want a little bit every now and then, that it is all spoken for and none is available, Sure don't want the guy that is comitted to get it all to show up to get a load and not be much left because someone stopped by the day before and got a pickup load.
