This isn't a knock on GrainTrader, but I'm not sure I'd suggest a "new guy" getting his feet wet with a load of dairy barn bottle calves.

Even after having trailer loads of them under your belt you can wake up one morning with the whole world falling apart faster than you can put it back together.  All good livestock guys have an eye for noticing the little things that don't look right before things get bad, but it takes a REALLY good eye to catch those little critters just before they start to go down hill.  You can't buy this "eye", it takes experience and a lot of time with animals, neither is cheap.
