SW WI | My first question: are there more than 1 way to figure a price slide or is there an industry standard. How would you figure this? Lets say two parties are coming up with different figures. So here are my numbers 325lb base wt. at $2.45/lb. with $.90 slide. Cattle are being weighed and both parties agree the wt is 299.3lbs. Here is where the different pay figures happen. Please just walk me thru this. I can post the figures that were explained to me, but they are different than using an online cattle slide calculator. Just trying to figure why two people are getting different final numbers. | |
