| Back-up is good, but watch what it is doing, that is my new words of the day.
Last week I moved my weather files to a shared drive, so this morning I checked
the back-up files on the NAT. I had done it right, but noticed something odd
with another folder. It was very slow in opening the folder and one file was listed
about 10 times with 800mb each time. I check the file in computer and sure it must
have got corrupted. It should be a 80kb data file, but was listed as about 5GB.
I had to go back 3 weeks to find a good copy. Then figure out what data need to be
re-entered. I first tried the programs back-up, but it crashed the program,
deleted all the data, which was all of 14's checks.
I did have the July 1 off-site copy that was good, which I used instead of the
Win restore, as I wasn't sure how to restore just one file(Do now).
Just finished getting the data back in from a bank printout.
I never noticed any problem using the program in past few weeks.
