And the market has a way of catching the most participants off guard..

What if you are the one who is surprised? 

You need moisture to make a crop.. cool temps are not enough.. look at the HRW Wht crop. 

We talked about 1993 below.. looked that up.. NASS lost 2 byn bushels (and it rained..) between June and Final..
