I just did a 335 which I believe has the same platform kit as the 375. The final bill should not be over $12,000 for a full autopilot installed and calibrated on WAAS.
You will need RTK and a dual GPS capable display, so add several thousand for unlocks antennas and a radio and you should be in the ballpark.
I'm pretty sure the mobile RTK base station from Trimble is around $12,000
