If someone comes in to see me, for example, and pretends they know more than I do about taxation, or is there to dictate my rates or tell me what I am going to do and when I am going to do it----

------ I merely remind them that if they are not there because of my positive reputation,

then they are wasting my time and theirs, and they should go somewhere at which they will feel more comfortable.

Life is too short for putting up with wannabe experts and the related BS.
