6 30" rows have 5 30" spaces between them, plus 15" on each end.same as 6 x 30".
12 15" rows have 11 15" spaces, plus 7.5 " on each end, same as 12 x15"
(which is the same as 6 x 30"
)
I don't get what you trying to tell us either.
You need to use the actual space between the rows, plus 1/2 of the 'guess row' on each side of the strip.
