That's a good point. It's pretty hard to know what you have on your own field let alone a whole country. We as farmers usually have a perceived notion of how big we think our harvest will be and it seems like more often than not it's either better or worse than what we thought going in. Soybeans are especially hard to tell. Have had 4' tall beans yield 35 BPA and 30" tall beans yield 50.
