NorthWest Indiana | When I hire a high schooler I have found that an agreed on price for the job works better. For instance, cleaning four box stalls once a week = $50.00. He just wheels it out of the barn into a pile (with a wheel barrow). I explain the quicker they finish, the more they make. Some kids will stand around and only do 4 stalls. Some will bust their hump and get 12 stalls done and be on the road before another kid can find a scoop shovel. | |
