$15 an hour is generous. One thing I will add is anytime I get people to help me do things that are not regular employees I pay them $150 minimum. Nobody wants to come all they way out to your place and work a few hours and make $60. If I only need the help for one day I usually throw in a little extra to make it worth their time.
