Unfortunately updates will not fix the problem, the degregation of signal you are experiencing is due to the age of the Rxers. The Starfire correctional signal that your ITC receives is very weak, which is not a problem for a new receiver but as a receiver gets older its sensitivity to these signals gets worse and worse as the internal electronics age its the nature of the beast unfortunately
