Subject: Opinions on winter forage into soybeans

Western Illinois
I am looking for some opinions on what I should fly into my standing soybeans that will make good winter feed for our cows. I am trying to stay away from Rye due to the risk of a wet spring being a challenge to kill it and due to the potential yield reduction in the corn the next year.
The field is a square 40 that I will most likely strip graze.
Currently thinking about a turnip-oats mix.
Thanks
