Mascoutah, Illinois | It was lunch time and if this is the busiest time of the day a normal business would have the business staffed. I felt I kept my emotions in check and walked out without saying anything. I did not ask to see a Manager and waited about ten hours before I sent the email to Corporate so I could put my thoughts together in a rational matter. I have zero intentions of getting anyone in trouble, I just don't want the same experience to happen to another patron who does get someone in trouble. Service is never a perfect animal and we all know it. However if the problems are not brought to the attention of folks who can fix them, they never get fixed. | |
