Summer fill "here" N.W. Oh. $1.32. Fall pre-buy $1.52. My question: Is $1.52 pre-pay a good move? Or should a guy gamble that the price won't climb much more than 20 cents thru the fall? After last winter's fiascio, I am inclined to pay the premium and get it bought.
