East Central Illinois / West Central Indiana | There is an issue with the newest v3.90 nav firmware. If it fails while being installed it corrupts the memory on the nav. You will have to reinstall v3.88 then install 3.90. This is a well known issue with the nav firmware and supposedly v3.93 firmware will fix this.
Make sure you have v3.90 working before the tech leaves ... it took me 4 hours one day to get v3.90 loaded an working so trust me when I say Case knows this is an issue.
