Put drops on all the ends for moisture drains and add a 3/4" quick coupler at each door for future use of big tools, never have too many valves, run 1" all the way(or 3/4 probably big enough) with no step downs.
edit to add, run another line close to where the work bench, busy area will be, you will use that one more than you think.
