young farmer here still under 30 for a bit.

looking to expand the family farm: milk 40 cows and have 130 acres. need more ground to expand the herd.

what would be the best ideas on how to find older retiring farmers in my area?

or just best way to find some connections to rent some ground.

hell would love to buy some.

cant and wont pay 300 acre. and the family is not a BTO.

any ideas would be great
