If wifi is turned on on your wifes phone, it's going through your router too. If that's true, it almost has to be blocked in your router. Can you easily bypass your router? Did you try a different browser?
The wife's phone will open it at work.
She is going to try hooking direct to the internet cable when she gets home and by pass router (doing that is above my pay grade (LOL))..
I use Google Chrome, but tried IE and Opera.....none worked.
We are Stumped
