My understanding is that oats can have a place in gestation diets, less so in grow/ finish diets.
Hogs will eat just about any grain, it all depends on your goals for feed efficiency and carcass quality.
Since you already have the oats and don't mind soaking them it certainly isn't going to hurt them any.
