Subject: RE: In a perfect year for corn...

Northern Kentucky
Planted a new Hybrid this year and everything i have pulled so far is 14x45+ went to 30" rows here and my seed rep recommended not planting over 32K I am thinking now maybe I should have planted closer to 34K. Last year on 36" rows I was planting at 28k and seeing more 16&18 ears 40 long with a small amount of tip back. Same farm different fields and different varieties.
