I was out cultivating strawberries yesterday and saw a bunch of sandhill cranes in a soybean field, then I saw why they were there. There was water covering close to an acre of beans around the marsh.
This has happened before so I had a pretty good idea what was going on. Sure enough, I found the dam with a little searching.
