far south central iowa | Found a few pics in my phone on the later damage from these beetles. We think that this was caused from them chewing on the ends of the husks and letting moisture in which led to ear rot. Keep an eye on the field. Had guys have multiple wagons in the field so they could mix the corn and take it straight to town. The end rows were worse so they would put a hopper from the end rows then pick a hopper or so from the main part of the field.
