Central Kansas | Post below got me thinking, dealt with a young lady yesterday on the phone ordering a part, was surprised when she answered as it seems this parts department has always had males. She told me she started last spring. She worked her way through the parts screen, asking questions and finally came up with a part number, checked and they had it in stock. Was real pleased how she handled the task.
