New London, Wisconsin | I have dealt with two and was always very happy with them both. JD in Hortonville WI had Carrie in parts and she was wonderful, but she has now moved to service manager. It will take some time to get to know that role, but she is a good knowledgable person and will get it. The other is Emily at Service motor (CIH) in Dale WI. She is always a delight to work with, so I call her the amazing Miss M, altho she is actually a Mrs.
It does help when you go for parts not to be angry over what broke. Way too often I see that taken out on the parts people. Nice people get nice service. The others? Idunno.
