Subject: RE: Parts women?

Thumb of Michigan
First female parts person I dealt with was at the local Harley dealership. Very knowledgeable, very efficient, and had good advice if asked. She also built her own bikes, and they were extremely nice bikes. Rode a lot of the year. That particular dealership has had many good parts people, the then owners on was great at chasing them off after a while. She left to work for another HD dealership, not sure where she is now.

When it comes to parts, service, or sales people, I guess I don't consider gender all that important. I've dealt with an awful lot of inept males in all those positions, I guess that % wise its inevitable that you get some bad with the good. The females in those positions seem to be at least as qualified as their male counterparts in my opinion.
