This is a tower computer. It won't come up to Bios. When starting it gives 4 beeps, then 2 beeps. Then shuts down. hard drive works in another computer, so that isn't the issue. Windows 7 Pro. Quad core, 8 Gigs of Ram - I think. And it won't come up to find out.
