Cambridge, southwestern Nebraska | Down a pound for the week. Breaking below the 190 barrier which has always been a problem area for me. 4 lbs. to go to my goal of 185 but probably try to push down a little more from there if I can. I'll be very happy to see 185.
Busy with wheat harvest. I try to get in at least a mile walk every early morning. Also pack a lunch with mostly fruit and healthy stuff then try to not come home late at night and eat much before going to bed. I have found packing lunches are not that bad. You can kind of plan the whole day out at one time and what you pack is what you get for the whole day and you don't have to track what you have been eating. |
