| Don't worry, I was back to 198 right after breakfast. I fear what lunch will bring... ;)
Yep, the bun in burgers ad hotdogs is a killer. Better eat the grilled meat or salmon whole, who knows what they put in that burger. I haven't eaten bread for 2 weeks now. Kind of a bummer, such an effort and weight is not even going down as fast as I expected. And I still have a bit of fat belly and thighs that seem to stay at the same level.
But I won't complain, getting under the 200 pounds mark was already a huge achievement when I joined this thread at 280 in October. Took me a while before I got over the shame of posting an actual weight instead of just the weekly weight loss, even anonymously! ;) | |
