Fwiw 40psi in the rears would get a guy pulled off the road here in Ontario . Anything under 50% of rated tire pressure is considered "flat" by the MTO. I like the idea of strapping railroad ties/fence posts or even a lift of plywood to the frame for ballast. What you use is dependent on what you may or may not have a use for after the fact.
