Lesson #1 with pivots. Always have spare parts on hand because they always break at the worst time.
I replace them and try to remove the bolt at the shop. If it won't come out save the components and swap them into a good case when a box fails. However if they are like most of mine they are so old that it's not worth spending any time on them.
