A pump like this will move about anything that will flow through a hose.

I use one like that to clean grain elevator pits. Barely liquid mix of crap will go through that. No problem loosing prime.

Or one of those venturi deals that hook to 100 or more cfm compressor will suck slop out.

Hard to get back to point of being a good surface for concrete. Take your time and let it dry to be a decent base. Or you will wish you would have.
