southern MN | When I was a teen ager I bought an old combine, got a 50-50 sort of warranty.
A worn chain split a worn sprocket in half.
Got the sprocket for half price, but they didn't want to sell me the chain for half price as the chain didnt break....
Any other time I was in that dealership, oh for gosh sakes you can't use and old chain on a new sprocket, you must but a new chain from us!
Was a minor deal of no importance, but just a funny thing of how that all works.
