It depends upon the pressure requirements. If your continuously operating scv's require more pressure than the power beyond circuits, then no, you wouldnt need the load sense line.

How ever if it is the opposite, then you would need to hook it up.

Internally in the scv's is a series of check valves. The outlet building up the highest pressure will send that signal back to the pump. The pump will stroke up to maintain a couple hundred psi more than the max required.
