In good going it will dig right along. I am cutting about 8 inches wide and 40 some inches deep. It has 65 hp and if you push the hydro lever ahead it will really make it work. Full speed and I think I may have trouble keeping on grade unless I upgrade my receiver. It is just too small to see it move that fast. I would think in good going I should be able to do 400 feet an hour. Still not a plow, but I don't have a 30 000 pound tractor to pull one either, and it takes less time to work the trenches down after this, so not sure in the end if it is that much slower all in. I can't tighten my chain anymore, I guess I should take a link out, looks like there is a place to do it (links already have pins in them) but haven't done that yet.

Vermeer Industrial dealer is 3 hours away and is only dealer in Ontario. Lots of ag dealers, but they can't handle industrial parts.
