Southern Indiana | I have a Dickey John DJCCS100 rate controler for NH3 the rate is jumping continous aprox 20% never sets at a constant rate. I have been slowing the control rate constant, trying to fix the problem. It has helped some. I feel the problem is the temp and tank press. I am running a 17 knife applicator pulling 2 tanks feeding controler. the tank press is around 75 psi. I am running 3.8 mph
Is there anything I can do to my heat exchanger to help my problem?
Do I continue to change the valve constant to control valve reaction time?
Do I slow my ground speed even more and allow valve to control more accurate?
any advice on this issue is appreaciated
