We rent a few acres that is scheduled to be stripped mined in as soon as 2 years but could be 3 to 5 also. What to you guys think as far a fertilizer is concerned? Would you keep fertilizing as usual w the mining situation or would you just put liquid down the planter. Or I guess maybe nothing? The Cec levels are at the higher end of most of the ground we farm 10 to 12 range.
