Subject: Recommendations for a good air purifier for a dusty farm house

NW KS/ SC ID
Hey all,

In dry NW KS, it is pretty dusty this spring, and my sinuses are not liking it whatsoever. I am sure spring pollen isnt helping either.

Does anyone have a recommendation for a portable air purifier that can be put in a single room, such as the bedroom so i can get some clean air to breathe at night?

Performance is important, then low price, then easy/cheap to service & maintain.

I remember about 10 years ago they were advertising via infomercials some fancy fan-less tower style air purifier, basically it electrically charged a grid, and the air would move, and all one had to do was wash off the grid occasionally, and I allways wanted one, but never called in and got one.

any input appreciated, thanks!
