Not a guru by a long shot. As dry as it is the 3/4 inch of rain will be gone before you can get the foliar N applied. I would save my money for seed. We are not to far behind you with the dry wheat. Starting to turn blue and brown up here. It is sprinkling as I type this hope it keeps going.
