Michigan. | We had some new invasives show up in the last couple of years.
We went from spraying the maggot fly as they showed up, when the numbers in the traps indicated the threshold had been crossed, maybe 2-3 times in the late season...to spraying every 5-7 days for the new invasive. The bugs don't have a chance.
Plain old Malthion and Mustang max does the job if you get inside thier breeding cycle and maintain the coverage.
It ain't cheap though.
