What is your delay start/stop times set at?

If you have all measurements correct, then what possibly could be the problem is the delay times are off - that is, from when start to lift the planter up or down, there is still a reaction time for the seed to start and stop.

Another thing, did you double check to see that it's planting correctly? Just cause the coverage map is showing you something doesn't make it so.
