Subject: Productivity Systems

Random question but, I was curious to know what kind of systems everyone uses for productivity? Pen and paper checklists? Apps? Etc.

I've tried all kinds of apps and websites in the past and it seems like each one has it's own niche (which is great, but I'd love to find something that is more holistic). Basecamp, Evernote, Action Method Online, etc. I've been using www.workflowy.com for the last year and it's pretty good for breaking down large projects into manageable tasks, but doesn't have a calender system or built in alerts.

If there's anyone that needs a product to manage productivity it's definitely farmers. I've searched high and low for something that combines to-do's, event dates, scheduling, processes, goal tracking, etc. I'm at the point now where I'm tempted to build my own system and put it online.

Anyways, what's your go-to productivity system or personal method of managing your day to day?
