Subject: Disputing facts on rail capacity of Bakken oil....

Southeast Colorado
My father in law was an electrical engineer who was involved in designing some of the pipelines in the Bakken region. The post below eluded to the fact that the rail moved 800k barrel per day leaving only 59k barrels to be moved by pipeline. He says that the pipeline he helped improve was capable and is moving at least 350k barrels per day now. That doesn't even count recent improvements made since he left the field about one year ago. He also says that the Keystone would be very instrumental in moving Bakken crude if it were developed. Any comments while I have him here to help with some facts??
