New Mexico | Hate to mention this Todd, but there are likely No True Facts about the keystone deal left.
it's been so corrupted, colluded, slanted and swayed Every direction for So Long now, that it's best to just consider the whole deal as "bull sheet" and move on.
the oil cos want this deal govt financed too ( That is what we don't hear ) ...just like the alcan was...ain't gonna happen. times changed.
heck, have the corn farmers / e folks finance it...every one of em promotes building it.
