Well you could email it to your iPhone. Or put the photo on the iCloud photo file and it will appear on like magic on the iPhone. Or use Microsoft's Skydrive or maybe it is OneDrive now. You will need a OneDrive app for the iPhone. https://onedrive.live.com/about/en-us/https://www.icloud.com/
Or use one of the drop boxes around the web.
