Finally someone else that gets it. Couldn't agree more. As for the latter, They already do it with rBST in milk in the US.... tell the consumer and let them decide. I really don't care to even find out whether there are health risks or not in this whole debate. It's besides the point. The point is that there is a significant portion of consumers that don't want our product the way it exists now, and that group is growing. If we want to keep selling beef, we had better start giving them more of what they want, or we lose them entirely.
