I never said anything about selling it for under market value. It just seems like no one really knows what that is, or thinks it's enough anymore. This pitting neighbor against neighbor to find the "market value" of the farms is getting to the point where there aren't going to be many good neighbors left anymore. As demonstrated below, it seems that if it isn't setting some new record in the area, it's no saled, and the kids end up doing what they should've done in the first place, and rent it out. If you don't call that greed, what then? Come on, $7600 is still a boatload of cash! The owner probably only paid a small fraction of that in most cases.
