It would here.  It would plant better if it were dead for a couple weeks but if you can get the slot closed and conditions are good we'd sure go for it here.  That's a lot of N so if you get the rain you should be good.  I wouldn't be afraid to spray again if it started greening back up.  It does seem like we have more trouble if we don't get a complete kill and something like Paraquat can help if you have a short window.  Put some Asana and Atrazine out and cure the cutworm and your future escapes from that sod.
