"Here" I like to try and get it sprayed the day after planting. That way if some thing happens you still have a couple days to get it done. We got caught in a rainy spell last year and the corn got up before it was sprayed. It is not the end of the world. Accent, ATZ and Callisto work too. If you are lucky no second pass.
