Keystone Pipeline would have only had room for 10% of Bakken production by the time it was finished. The pipeline that is going in to WI is the one that will really help. It will take 500k BPD which is 62.5% of current production at 800k. That line is scheduled to be online in 2016 but if they are shooting for 2 million BPD in 2020 we need a hell of a lot more help than either of those lines!
